PLEASES GOD WITH ETERNITY IN VIEW

Man will always look at appearance and action as this is all they can and are created to see (all things being equal), but God the omnipotent looks deeper, He checks the motive behind all actions and appearance as much as He is interested in the later being our actions and appearances.

1 Sam 16:7 says But the Lord said unto Samuel, look not on his countenance or and the height of his stature because I have refused him for the Lord seeth not as man seeth, for man looketh on the outward appearance but the Lord looketh on the heart.

This is because all we do have intention and motive behind them (our actions and appearances) and because His thought and ways are higher than ours. 

Isa 55:9 says For as the heaven are higher than the earth so are my ways higher than your ways and my thought than your thought.

This simply means that why we do a thing is/are more important than what is done, as this is what God looks at. Worker in His vineyard works with eternity in view, we work to please God so that in no wise would we be a cast out and to prepare for our home in heaven......
