BRIEF
ABOUT MERCY
(a) Gods’
mercy breaks all barriers, logics, wisdom, process and procedures. Where you
are from, (Canaan) where you are, ( coast of Tyre and Sidon) the disposition of
people(disciples) towards you are inconsequential when God’s mercy is available
Matt 15:21-23.Ex 33:19
(b)
The only thing that can make a known,
caught, sentenced and crucified criminal get access to paradise few moment
before his death is mercy. Luke 23:43 says and Jesus said unto him, verily I
say unto thee today shall thou be with me in paradise.
(c) God’s
mercy is a game changer, it is what makes anybody something in, through and for
God.
WHAT
IS MERCY
Dictionary
defines mercy as compassion or forgiveness shown towards someone whom it is
within one’s power to purnish or harm.
Mercy
is an essential quality of God Ex 34:6-7a says and the Lord passed by before
him and proclaimed The Lord, The Lord God, merciful and gracious, long
suffering and abundant in grace and truth. Keeping mercy for thousands,
forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin.
Compassion
for the miserable
Mercy
is a Christian grace Matt 5:7,
18:33-35.

Discover yourself: Luke 15:17 and when he came to himself, he
said, How many hired of my father’s have bread enough and to spare and I perish
with hunger.

Heb 4:16 which says let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we
may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
OUTRO
The
blood was the last card in Egypt, mercy is the last in this dispensation
anything can be delivered when mercy is at work. SHALOM.
